RMA Policy:

●   No product may be returned to DNP IAM without a valid RMA number.

●   RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after they are issued.

●   RMA requests due to warranty claims will be credited following verification.

●   RMA requests due to order entry or shipping errors will be credited following receipt of returned media.

●   RMA requests due to change requests, cancellations, and customer errors will be reviewed to determine if the         return will be authorized and if 10% restocking charges will apply. If return is authorized, reseller will be credited         following receipt of return media.  

●   Material must be returned in "like new" condition, except product that is returned for warranty claims.
