REPARACIONES
Las impresoras serán reparadas sin costo si los componentes fallan dentro del periodo de términos de garantía y la falla no es consecuencia de los daños por parte del cliente o terceros.
- Las reparaciones se realizaran por medio del centro(s) de servicio autorizado de DNP . La misma impresora sera entregada al distribuidor o usuario una vez se haya completado la reparación.
- Si la impresora no se puede reparar, printer of equal or greater value will be sent as a replacement.
- The underlying printers warranty status is not affected.
SERVICIOS
• All repairs are handled through a depot warranty service only.
• Advanced exchange service (hot swap) repairs will not apply.
FLETE
• DNP pays the return freight after a warranty repair.
• Customer will incur cost of shipping charges to DNP. Exception is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) based on specific time period, see
"Printer DOA Policy" listed below.
• DNP will ship printer back to customer via ground service prepaid for all repairs made under warranty. Customer has the option to purchase expedited freight for return.

EMBALAJE
• Proper packing and unit preparation for shipment procedures must be used. If you do not have and need to obtain proper packaging procedures, please contact a DNP Customer Service Representative at 1-800-467-4935 (USA) or 1-512-753-7283 (Canada); or by email at
customercare@dnpphoto.com. Packing materials are available for purchase.

IMPORTANTE! Failure to follow proper packaging instructions may result in damage to the printer. DNP will not be liable for damages resulting from improper packing.
DAMAGED RETURNS
• Damage due to improper packaging, shipping damage, installation error, abuse by the customer or a third party, whether intentional or not, and other circumstances is excluded from this Policy. All resulting charges to repair any such damages, including labor and shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
